Special Adviser to Lagos State Governor on Drainage, Chief Joe Igbokwe has reacted to the attack on a school in Katsina state, the home state of President Muhammadu Buhari by bandits. According to the statement made by the former spokesperson of the All Progressive Congress in Lagos, the attack was targeted at President Muhammadu Buhari who arrived Katsina state same yesterday for a week holiday.

He added it was a plan to embarrass him. For a while now, bandits have been killing innocent Nigerians in Katsina state to the extent that some of them have flee their homes for safety.

Not only in Katsina have these bandits been carrying out their wicked act. They have also killed innocent people in Zamfara state and Sokoto all in the Northwest.

Last week Saturday during the bye elections in Zamfara, it was reported that bandits disrupted the electoral process in some areas. One would wonder why the bandits still attacked a school in Katsina same yesterday that President Muhammadu Buhari, an indigene of Katsina arrived the state for a week holiday.
