The previous commissioner of finance in Abia State, Mr Oriaku Obinna has left PDP, the Peoples Democratic Party.

Oriaku in a letter he actually signed and submitted to Mbutu Ukwu, the PDP chairman, at Ward 3, at Ngwa Isiala South, Owerrinta, said that he is reviewing widely on his next political actions.

The previous commissioner in the letter named: Resignation of my participation from the PDP.

He said that he chose to withdraw his enrollment from PDP because the PDP in Abia State, as of now established, secretly and clearly, does not have the essential basic honesty to convey the much-discussed great administration as profits of popular government to individuals of the state.

Oriaku said “My political journey recently has been improved by the most notable occasions, and testing encounters.

“I should offer credit to Dr Okezie Ikpeazu Victor, my chief, who discovered me qualified to serve in his government.

Firstly, as his Economic Adviser in the changeover of administration in 2015, at that point as meaningful Finance Commissioner for the whole first tenure of his administration.

“Recall that when his parliament was disintegrated, I was one of the people he permitted to hold influence in the Executive Council preceding his initiation for a second tenure in office.

“In my 4 years stretch as the Commissioner of Finance, I have learned, “I have educated” and I have untaught.

Oriaku was the previous Commissioner of Finance of Abia State between 2015 to 2019
